Golden milk is beneficial to health due to the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effect of its star ingredient - turmeric. Together with nutrient-packed chia seeds, it's great for breakfast, post-workout or dessert after a meal!

Golden milk can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days, so you might as well make a bigger batch. Simply reheat it before drinking. A cup of golden milk before bed may also help you relax and sleep better.
Ingredients:
*makes 2 cups*

1 cup milk (or soy milk, coconut milk, almond milk etc)
1 slice of ginger
a pinch of cinnamon powder, turmeric powder and black pepper
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp honey
To assemble
